My Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Practice

I am a criminal defense attorney, focusing my practice on the needs of individuals who have been charged with misdemeanors or felonies, including:

• Drunk driving. I defend individuals charged with DUI, DWI or OWI, handling the administrative proceeding regarding license suspension or revocation, as well as the criminal proceeding to determine penalties. I will aggressively seek the dismissal of charges or, if necessary, arrange the best possible plea agreement that minimizes the consequences you face under the circumstances.
• Traffic offenses. I represent local residents and out-of-state drivers, including individuals with a commercial drivers license (CDL), defending speeding tickets and citations for reckless driving, failing to obey traffic signs or signals, and crossing the center line.
• Drug and gun violations. I protect the rights of people charged with drug offenses, including possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, as well as sale, distribution and trafficking. I also handle weapons charges, from criminal recklessness (pointing a gun at another person) to carrying a weapon without a license or being a felon in possession of a firearm.
• Theft and conversion. I defend people on theft-related charges, including larceny, shoplifting, employee theft, fraud, embezzlement, robbery and burglary.
